committe says no- quite emphatically. when I first looked at this I was...well...I suppose you could say under the influence. however, after carefuly consideration, I think this position falls into the category of "paradox," where the subtlety of black's attack makes the position look at first favorable to white, or at worst equal...but when going through the possible continuations it becomes clear that white has already lost. hope to see you tuesday young jedi.
